Now that your game has proven its potential, it’s time to strengthen the business side of your project, refining your pitch and business plan to prepare your game for the Global Final.
Welcome to the Acceleration stage of GameJamPlus!
This stage focuses on strengthening the business side of your game and preparing your project for the final global evaluation. During Acceleration, teams work on:
Refining the Business Pitch: Improve how you present your game’s value, market potential, and vision.
Developing the Business Plan: Structure the commercial strategy behind your project.
Preparing for the Global Final: Polish both your game build and pitch presentation before the final submission.
Acceleration is the next step for teams that qualified during the Continental Semifinals. To move forward in this stage, teams must:
Be selected during the Continental Semifinals.
Prepare the updated Game Build for the Global Final submission.
Submit the improved Pitch, highlighting the business potential of the project.
At the Global Final, games are evaluated one last time, with scoring based on 50% build and 50% pitch.

Don’t forget: to be evaluated and compete for the Global Final awards, you need to make one more submission after the Acceleration stage.
